The kitchen is absolutely stunning!. The finish is far more beautiful than I was even expecting. I am completely thrilled by the result, I LOVE it. I was beside myself when their was only one drawer in, and when I arrived home the next day and saw an entire cabinet, I ended up getting under Simons feet as I couldn't stop looking at it. Apologies to Simon.
I would just like to thank yourself, Simon, Dave and the rest of the team for the incredible service and craftsmanship that you have provided and delivered on. From the first phone call the process has been seamless and easy. The care and attention to detail from the initial measure up to the install, the listening and sourcing of product to match my pictures and ideas, and the customer service has been phenomenal. You arrived when you said, and delivered on every level; the timeframes were spot-on. The final product is of a very high standard and so much better than anything I have seen in kitchen shops.
I used money left by my late father to fund this and I know how proud he would be of the investment I have made in this kitchen. So thank you to you all. I will definitely send some pictures when it is all finished and invite you around to see it. It is a great example of how a tiny kitchen can still can be a stunning and highly functional space.

I would like to volunteer this feedback on your recent kitchen as I have been very impressed and grateful for your approach, attitude and craftsmanship. The end result has been so beautifully made that I wonder if you could pass on my thanks again to Jamie, who does such fine careful and well finished work. He seemed to understand better than I did how to make my ideas work, and his patience and skill in producing such a lovely bespoke end result has been very much appreciated.
Simon also put much time into understanding and carefully measuring, and John then put the perfectly fitting pieces all together, taking time to carefully get everything just right for me and finished to perfection. It was impressive to see how something so complicated went together like clockwork.
Debbie you were supportive and went to extra care I felt, to make sure that all was as it should be and I appreciated your going out of your way to check things with me and ensure things were done well. It is nice to experience this sort of care not just for quality work but also for customer satisfaction.

We love our kitchen and are very impressed with the units and service we have received from you, Simon and your staff. We have had a prompt and stress-free service from everybody and appreciate Simons' weird sense of humour - lol.
Raymond Dun and Lea our electricians were great, and nothing was a problem even though I might have driven them a bit crazy on occasion. John our installer is a super hard worker, he’s a bit like an energizer bunny – continually on the go. We also had a great service from the plumber, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.
But most of all our bench tops from Benchtop Concepts are stunning! An amazingly quick time-frame from measuring to delivery, they did it in just under a week and Tony and his son were friendly and polite.
